If you cannot attend your appointment please cancel it
There are a number of ways in which you can now cancel your unwanted appointments
- By telephoning - 01676 522252 (Meriden surgery) or 01676 935000 (Balsall Common surgery)
- By secure email to SOLCCG.BCCancelAppointments@nhs.net. Please remember to include your Name, Date of Birth, Date & Time of your appointment and who your appointment is with (please note that no other requests will be actioned via this email it is purely for cancelling appointments only)
- Via this website - you can sent the practice a message using the Contact Us tab or if you have Online Access and your appointment was booked Online you can choose the 'Do It Online' tab. If you do not have Online access and wish to use this facility please contact the Practice on 01676 935000 or email the Practice to balsallcommon.practice@nhs.net
- Face to Face at the relevant reception desk
- In writing to the relevant surgery
Please give other patients the opportunity to use your appointment if you cannot attend
